HOW A1 MAKES OLD FURNITURE NEW AGAIN
A1 Furniture brings high-quality metal (cast aluminum, wrought-iron) outdoor furniture back to life with a multi-stage process. First, we sandblast the furniture to remove the old, peeling or damaged finish to reveal the original metal frame. Next, your furniture is prepped in our five-stage wash system that cleans, de-greases and removes any contaminants. This insures maximum adhesion and coverage for the new finish. Then we apply primer and powder coat. Finally, the furniture is cured in our high-temperature ovens, which results in a like-new, long-lasting finish. Choose from among hundreds of powder colors, as well as a range of finishes including gloss, semi-gloss, matte, textured, wrinkled and metalized.
